He is survived by: his wife Dinorah; and his sons, Daniel and David Cano.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1501 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828).
