Marjorie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Marjorie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Marjorie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her husband Sir Gene Dawson of Kingsman, GA.; her son Devin Dawson of Jacksonville, FL.; and her brothers, Bishop Preston E. Williams (Kathy) of Jacksonville, FL and Bishop Henry R. Williams of Valdosta, GA.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-laws, sister's in-laws and many other relatives and sorrowing friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM.
