She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Rousseau Brown and Kenneth Alvin Packer; her stepfather Harold Mortimer Brown; her husband Charles G. Emanuel; her sister Sheila; her grandson Cyle; and her son-in-law Mitchel Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Moore and Charles A. Emanuel; her daughter-in-law Stephanie; her grandchildren, Ashley, Gabrielle, Tabitha, Caden, Erin and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Elissa, Alexandria, Zachariah and Baby Caspary.
