He is survived by: his siblings, Kingsley Phills and Yvonne Phills; his children, Allison Phills Morris, Debbie Dopwell, Reginald Phills and Darryl Phills; his wife Arlinda Phills; his son-in-law Lenox Morris (Debbie Dopwell); his sons, Derrick Miller and Norman Keith Miller; his daughter-in-law Renee Phills; his grandchildren, Derrick Miller Jr., Desiree Morris, Lerissa Morris, Kai Miller, Layla Phills, Jordan Phills and Kalani Miller; and his great grandchildren, Micheala Miller and Derrick Miller III. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
