It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia T Czupka of Orlando, Florida, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaughan and Grace Gaughan. She is survived by: her husband Ted; her children, Tammy Collins (Tony) and Larry Askey (Lori); her stepson Nathaniel Czupka (Glynne); her grandchildren, Brandon Collins (Hannah), Shane Collins, Caden Askey, Preston Hoel and Breanne Wright; her great grandchild Marceline Shingleton; and her siblings, Kathy Gautsch (Tony), John Gaughan (Sharon), Robert Gaughan (Shelly), Mike Gaughan (Cheryl) and Mary Vanatta (Nick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
