He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bartley and Amelia Pirino; and his brother James Pirino. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Lorraine) of Orlando, Leigh Ann Rye (Peter) of Reading and James (Joy) of Orlando; his grandchildren, Caitlin Rye Banta (Walter) of Reading, PA, Nathan Pirino (Rene) of Winter Springs, FL, Oliver Rye (Reese) of Bend, OR, Jacob Pirino of Marietta, GA and Megan Pirino of New York City; and his sister Alberta Tunila of Groveland, FL..
