With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regis Augustine Simasek of Orlando, Florida, born in Duquesne, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Simasek and Margaret Seliga; his sister Marcella Jean Steimer (Simasek); his siblings-in-law, Paul C. Steimer and Stella Eileen Kelly (Stang); and his parents-in-law, Homer Walker Kelly and Carinel Usher Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Elizabeth Kelly Simasek of Winter Park; his children, Karen Elizabeth Simasek (Edward Alexander Santos) and Regis Martin Simasek; his grandchildren, Charles Walker Simasek, Emmeline Kelly Santos, Regis Nathaniel Simasek, Owen Alexander Santos, Gretta Elizabeth Santos, Heath Augustine Santos and Nicholas Martin Simasek; his brother Robert George Simasek (Gladys Simasek); and his brother-in-law Ray Stang. He is also survived by cousins; and his seven nieces and 1 nephew.
