Robert Colot Jr. Obituary

We announce the death of Robert Colot Jr. (Orlando, Florida), who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 70. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Robert will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Robert’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Colot; his daughter Christine Meehan; his son-in-law Johnny Meehan; his grandchildren, Jack and Johanna; and his pet Sven. He is also survived by his three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the University of Florida Gators athletics program in Bob's memory.
