He is survived by: his father Robert Roy Deptula, Sr.; his stepdaughter Isabella Nieves; his fiancée Lisa Nieves; his mother Karen Rogers Nichols; his stepfather Daniel Nichols; his siblings, Amy Nichols, Kimberly Deptula Hubbard and Daniel Nichols; his sister-in-law Amanda Nichols; his stepsiblings, Kimberly A Marsh, Steven Marsh and Thomas Marsh; his great-nephew Mykah Nichols; his nieces, Rylee Nichols, Miamore Pare and Angelina Cintron; Cyrus Nichols and Julia Nichols. He is also survived by family members are his nephew.
