He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rost and Emma Rost (Huber); his stepfather Walter Schwaner; and his nephew Gregory Rost. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Rost (Leah) of Brick and Sally Ann Rost of South Salem; and his nephews, Lorenzo Serra, Carlo Serra and William Rost.
