He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rugh and Suzanne Rugh; and his wife Betty Rugh. He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Ken), Kenneth (Kim) and Leslie; and his grandchildren, Chase, Carson, Clay, Caroline, Hannah, Lauren and Blair.
