He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Clifton and Ceolia Brown (Lee); and his son Clifford Daniel Brown. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Brown; his children, Anthony Brown (Rommy) and Reshia Brown; his grandchildren, Melayka Vazquez, Malachi Vazquez and Solomon Jerome Brown; and his siblings, Alvin Brown, Edward Brown, Leo Brown and Joyce Lucas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Roscoe's professional journey spanned over 30 years as a civilian in the Department of Defense, where he made significant contributions to his field.
