She is survived by: her sons, Robert Edward "Rob" Chapman, Jr. and William Gregory "Greg" Chapman; her sister Ann Fontana; her grandchildren, Rachel Cleveland (Kendall), Rylee Ayala (James), Reagan Chapman, Katie Smith (Matt) and Daniel Chapman (Lyndee); and her great grandchildren, Abby Kate Smith, Ethan Smith, Samuel Cleveland and Lynda Chapman. She is also survived by parents.
