He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Ackerman of Kissimmee, Florida and Bernadette Meck-Forrest (Meck) of Orlando, Florida; his siblings, Heidi McIntee (Jeff) of Auburndale, Florida, Casey Carr (Dominque) of Poinciana and Brady Carr (Vanessa) of Kissimmee, Florida; his nieces and nephews, Nolen, Dawson, Kenadi and Lexington; and his godchildren, Skye Marie, Lucas, Melanie Sky, Casey Jr., Omari, Aaliyah, Nicolas, Isaiah and Elena.
