She is survived by: her children, Donald Smith, Jeffrey Hayes and Thomasina Burgess (James); her grandchildren, Markesa Neely, MarkQuavious Neely, Jamaria Jones, Dasia Smith, Jayden Hayes, Jamya Jones, Kelvin Hayes and Kehlani Hayes; her aunt Willow Dean Cochran; her sisters, Linda O'Neal and Karen Mc'gowan; and her cousin Susie Brown-Lampkin (Tanya Whatley).
