He is survived by: his wife Coradell McCulloch; his children, Tabatha McCulloch, Russell McCulloch and Thomas McCulloch; and his stepchildren, Miguel Ventura, Bradford Ventura, Ralph Ventura and Christa Anna Dodd. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren.
