He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Unger and Patricia Short; his children, Robert Unger (Barbara LeBlanc) of Fairhaven, MA and Maryanne Smith (David Smith Jr.) of Orlando; his sister Patricia Piccone of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Christopher Smith of Savannah, GA, Jennifer Smith of Orlando, Nicholas Smith of Tampa, Brittany Smith of Orlando, Cortney Dilemmo of Horsham, PA, Katherine Unger of Lock Haven, PA and Jonathan LeBlanc Unger of Fairhaven, MA.; and his great grandchildren, Sloane Smith of Tampa, Scarlett Smith of Savannah, Jaylin Busey of Lock Haven, PA, Kayden Vincent Unger and Ashton Smith of Lock Haven, PA..
