He is survived by: his sons, Paul Self (Patty Jo) and Eric Baker (Colleen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Mindick (Matt), Courtney Simms (Robert), Payton Baker, Chaz Baker, Leighton Baker and Justice Baker; and his great grandchild Britt Simms. He is also survived by his family, his loyalty to friends.
