He was predeceased by: his wife Susan M. Neal; his parents, William A. Neal and Hazel M. Neal; and his siblings, Michael T. Neal and Marilyn N. Mulloy.
He is survived by: his sons, William M. Neal (Renee) and Randall H. Neal (Dena); and his grandchildren, Michaelea, Blake and Kaley.
For those inclined, Bill defeated cancer four times in his life, so a memorial donation can be made in William's name to the Orlando Health Cancer Institute outside of a flower donation.
