He is survived by: his children, Matthew Kerssen, Marissa Ryan (Brendan) and Alicia Kerssen; his grandchild Ryan Longtin; his siblings, Mark Kerssen (Sue), Elaine Mack (Keith) and Laurie Bursheim (Bob); and his close friend Frank. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Bill supported Straight Street Orlando's, mission to feed the homeless—not only volunteering but also building and donating benches so, people could sit while receiving nourishment both physical and spiritual.
