He is survived by: his brother Reverend Robert Earl Welch (Jacquelyn) of Orlando; his children, Angela Newson (Andrew), Anthony Bighems (Dianne) of Dothan, Dr. Scotty Walker Gurnee (Mary), William E. Walker (Ramona) of Sacramento, Shelia Kelly, Dorinda Stokes, Rita Bighems of Dothan, AL. and Curtis Bighems of Enterprise, AL.; his grandchildren, Cierra, Morgan, Anrico, Kaneshia (Jonathan), Jeremy (Jazmine), Dejearo, Anthony Jr., Christian (Hydia), Shakera, Donte, William E. II and Alyssa; and his daughter-in-law Dianne Bighems.
