He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Renee Rittenour (Jeff) of Ormond Beach and Charles, Jr. (Tricia) of Murphy, NC; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Rittenour, Jonathan Rittenour (Darcie), Joshua Rittenour (Lynzee), Sarah Wheaton, Le-Ann Wheaton, Jonathan Wheaton, Kaitlynn Warman (Drew) and Matthew Wheaton; his great grandchildren, Elliott and Zoey Rittenour; his brother Alvin Wheaton (Ardie) of Annandale, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Wheaton of Ormond Beach and Elsie Fetzer of Sterling, CO..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tomoka Christian Church (1450 Hand Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tomoka Christian Church Missions Fund.
