He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coleman Wingo and Betty Elizabeth Broome; and his sister Pat Ahlers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Zimmerman; and his brothers, Jim, Gerald and Ronald Wingo. He is also survived by his granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation in Phil's honor.
