He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Anna Greenleaf Cunningham; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foulke Cleveland; his son Joseph Cleveland; his grandson Donald Andrew Cleveland; and his brother Frederick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
