He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hargett Collins; his children, David Collins (Julie), Sydney Cameron (Michael) of Clewiston, FL and Chris Miller of Stuart, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Collins (Jennifer) of Lake Worth, FL, Lauren McGinnis (Michael) of Clewiston, FL, Alyssa Willson (Michael) of Tallahassee, FL, Brett Cameron of New York, NY, Chase Miller of Ormond Beach, FL and Jared Miller of Stuart, FL; his great grandchildren, Sam and Cait Willson; and his sister Judy Williams (Chuck) of Carrollton, TX. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, seven great nieces and six great nephews.

The family suggests contributions in memory of Fred Collins to the Community Baptist Church 956 S. Old Dixie Highway Bunnell, FL. 32110.
