He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hughes; his children, Leslie Mote (Jay), Debi Hughes, Pam Lappies (Phil), Tracy Hohman (John) and Reid Fields (Daphne); his grandchildren, Brittany Sparks (Ben), Nikki Mote, Megan Lappies and Grant Hohman; his great grandchild Barrett Sparks; his brother Tom Hughes (Debbie); and his niece Laura Demain (Len).
