He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann (Berry); his siblings, William and Mary Spangenberg; his daughter Deborah Apgar (Douglas) of Rockaway Twp; his granddaughter Jennifer Van Natta (Harry) of Jefferson Twp; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Sean Van Natta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
