He was predeceased by: his son Phillip; his parents, Fred Sr. and Margaret; his sister Noreen; and his sister-in-law Mary (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Patrick and Diane Winn (Bruce); his daughter-in-law Susan Klippel; and his grandchildren, Matthew Klippel (Jenna), Nicholas Winn (Natalie), Hannah Klippel and Mason Winn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews and Joan's wonderful friends.
