She was predeceased by: her parents, George Johnson and Thelma Johnson; and her siblings, Bobby Johnson and Clara Johnson Messer. She is survived by: her children, Jack, Tim Cook and Tammy Wachtel; her children-in-law, Glenda Cook and Steve Wachtel; her grandchildren, Dylan Cook, Ashleigh Wachtel Via and Kelsy Wachtel; and her great grandchildren, Georgia, Isabella, Elizabeth Cook, Julianna and Abigail Via.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dale Woodward Funeral Homes and Cremation Services (167 Ridgewood Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117).
