It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hortense B Stowe of Ormond Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis E. Bennett and Gertrude G. Bennett; and her husband Marion W. "Chuck" Stowe. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Drake Epting of Colorado Springs, CO and Dennis H. Stowe (Resia) of Ormond Beach; and her grandchildren, Lana Drake Gilbert (Scott), James Stoney Drake (Jennifer), Christa Lynn Hill, Sean M. Stowe and Mallory S. Oteri (Mike). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
