Fowler, Jr.; his grandchildren, Thomas, Mallory, Meghan, Trevor Minahan, Darin, Olivia, Dylan Adams, Rachel, Annabelle, Michael, Lillian, Johanna, Caroline, Benjamin Fowler and Jaina Fowler; and his siblings, Janice R. Smelcher, W. Ron Fowler and Diane S. Cooksey (David Roche). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lohman Funeral Home (733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
