She is survived by: her husband Buzz Weeks; and her children, William C. Banks (Vicky), John Banks, Betty Guinn (Jarvis) and Linda Skillern (Sean). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
The cause of death was complications from Alzheimer's Disease.
