He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Malachuk and Helen Federowsky. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sally Cope (Bill Cope), Cindy Kelbert and Kim Burnard; his stepson John Stacy Lawson (Ranjan Sharma); his grandson Dr. Kevin Cope; his great grandchildren, Cecily, Margaret, Evelyn, Timothy, Julia, Andrew, Kaden, Nash, Cole and Cami; and his brother Dan Malachuk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their spouses.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Crossroads Church (1851 S Clyde Morris Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32119). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Daytona Memorial Park (1425 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114).
