He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Cudlin (Sy) and Charles Cudlin; and his wife Jane Helen. He is survived by: his children, Charles Peter of Holly Hill, FL, Jane Germano of Colorado and Karen Wittman of Kansas; his brother Joseph Cudlin of New York; and his grandchildren, Sheena of Florida, Devin Cudlin of Florida, Kellen Wittman of Maryland and Alexander Wittman of Texas.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association in Peter's name.
