He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Pullen and A. P. Evans; and his wife Lucy Fazio Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Evans of Hastings, FL and T. Michael Evans of Mount Dora, FL; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amber, Lindsey and Kyle. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
