He was predeceased by: his son Robert Lewis Carman of Kutztown, PA; his wife Mary Elizabeth Carman (Betty) of Venice, FL; and his daughter Susan Jane Tregelles of Clinton, CT.. He is survived by: his daughter Betty Ann Copley Harris of Venice, FL; and his grandchildren, Liz Lombard (Kevin), Richard Tregelles (Jessica), Matthew Carman (Valerie) and Danielle Lewis (Nathan). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
