He is survived by : his wife Agnes Renee Rand; his children, Mary Connelly (Mark), Cathy Rand, Jeanne Ismail, Joseph Rand (Debby) and John Rand (Jenny); his brother Richard (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Marsha and Marguerite. He is also survived by his wife, their 5 children, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great- grandchildren.
