He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughter Tasha Gould; his sister Sandra Andrews; his stepsons, Todd Forsythe, Ryan Forsythe (Taryn) and Kolby Jones (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Connor and Elizabeth.
