She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kluchkay and Anna Kluchkay; her son Mark; and her husband Paul. She is survived by: her son Jeff; her daughter-in-law Jan; her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Sharon; her grandchildren, Brittany and Matt (Courtney); and her great grandchild Skylar.
