Though Freddie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Freddie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucie Mobley (Ruth) and Lace Baker; his former wife Julia Honor; his wife Lenora Washington; and his children, Melvin (Vadelyn), Freddie Jr. (Brenda), Michael, Anita Smith, Darlene Scott (Willie), Lisa Walker and Lace (Tawana). He was also cherished by many loving relatives and friends.
