It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay M. Van Hook of Oviedo, Florida, born in Clifton, New Jersey, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his sister Marguerite Van Hook; his children, Carie (Patrick Jasperse), Stephen (Jennifer Van Hook), Suzanne Van Hook (Isaac Appiah) and John Van Hook (Wendy Levine); and his grandchildren, Jacob Van Hook, Dietre Van Hook, Peter Jasperse, Isabelle Appiah, Joseph Jasperse and Randy Van Hook.
