She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fussell and Lorraine Fussell (Kelly); and her brothers-in-law, Harold Curington, John Curington, Clark Caruthers and Wesley Harrison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Austeel, Kelly Rowe (Blake) and Clinette Hall (Jeff); her sisters, Lois Caruthers and Leona Harrison; her sisters-in-law, Mickey Curington and Bobbi Curington; and her grandchildren, Erica, Andrea, Clint, Sadie, Lindsay, McKenzie, Rayna and Caylin. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel (410 Webster St, Wildwood, FL 34785).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Joyce's loving memory to the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church- Youth Program.
