He is survived by: his children, Diane Skinner, Marie Bennett, Beverly Phillips (Rufus), Dede Barrett (Tommy), James Skinner, Lewis Blanton and Roger Blanton; and his brother-in-law Clinton Richardson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and a countless number of nieces and nephews.
