She was predeceased by: her grandmother Janice Fay Melvin; and her uncle Bobby Maxwell. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua and Landon Smith; her parents, Tina Maxwell (Bobby Hicks) and Randall Maxwell (Donna); her grandparents, Linda and Skeeter Gunn; her siblings, Christina Kelley (Patrick) and Matthew Maxwell; her aunts, Dawn Davenport and Rhonda Bradshaw; and her pet Sierra.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404).
