He is survived by: his fiancée Betty Phillips; his children, Wayne Whitaker (Melissa) of Brown Deer, WI and Susan Turner (Jason) of Dupuyer, MT; and his stepsons, Matthew Neal (Amy) of Mooresville, NC and Raymond Charles Whitaker (Jessie) of Sanford, NC.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
