He was predeceased by: his father Harry Fowler; his brothers, Clyde and Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Golloher and Cheryl Payne Montgomery.
He is survived by: his daughter Krista Fowler Spears (Donald); his wife Donna Payne Fowler; his grandchildren, Taylor (Ashley), Emory, Lauren "Sissy" (Jared Cook) and Isabella "Babydoll"; his great grandchild Haley "Bitsy"; his mother Geraldine Wolfe Fowler; his sister Regina Fowler Golloher; his nephews, Riley Fowler, Brannon Fowler, Jonathan Golloher and Nicholas Golloher; his brother Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Gazaway and Richard Montgomery.
