He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Brinkmeier and Esther Brinkmeier; his son Gary Brinkmeier, Jr.; and his siblings, Dale, Dean, David, Ruth and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Jenann; his children, Erich Brinkmeier (Kristina) and Amy Hauser (David); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Garrett, Aaron and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Paisley and Addie; and his brothers, Doyle, Eugene, LaVerne and Myrnice Brinkmeier.
