It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Newton Latham (Pace, Florida), who passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Polly; his parents, Lemuel Latham and Ethel Latham (Montz); his wife Emily Pauline Gober; his siblings, Wilma Rutledge (Billie), Nela Dean Elliott, Natha Lee Dunkin, Merle Pigg, Yvonne Young (Bonnie) and Merideth Latham (Sonny); and his daughter Cynthia Kay.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Latham (Diana) of Oklahoma, Phillip Latham of Oklahoma, Anthony Latham (Renee) of Oklahoma and Joy Cheree Howell of Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda Colbert (Eddie) of Ohio, Amy Oros (Lance) of Ohio, Greg Latham (Jill) of Ohio, Jonathan Latham of Ohio, Chase Williams (Crystal), Andrew Williams and Paige Williams-James (Amy) of Alabama; and his siblings, Janette McHaney, Clodene Fluker and Shirlyn Sheriden. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
