He is survived by: his wife Aungsuman "June" McHugh; his daughter Shannan McHugh Lowe (Charles) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon Lowe (Jessica) of Pensacola, FL and Megan Lowe (Reed Odeneal) of Asheville, NC; and his sister Dorothy DiNapoli of St. Clairsville, OH.. He is also survived by three great grandsons.

A procession will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Olive Baptist Church (103 W Winthrop Ave, Pensacola, FL 32507). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Barrancas National Cemetery.
