He was predeceased by: his father Charles Albert Deering; his grandmother Leatha Mae Helms; his uncles, Thomas Helms and Bill Williams; and his cousin Kenny Williams.
He is survived by: his mother Nelda June Deering; his children, Avary Williams (Tristan) and Caleb Deering; and his siblings, Renee Coleman, Danny Deering (Carla) and Scott Deering (Angela). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
